With the new Kendix 2026 collection, we introduce a series of curtain fabrics in which colour, light and movement take centre stage. Under the theme Chromatic Motion, a refined interplay of colour gradients, transparency, subtle sheen and innovative weaving techniques comes to life. The result is a collection that feels contemporary and artistic, yet timeless.

These new fabrics seamlessly complement the Kendix 2025 collection while reinforcing the distinctive Kendix DNA: modern design, sophisticated materials and a strong focus on atmosphere and experience. Each fabric tells its own story and brings a new dimension to the interior.

In the Kendix 2026 collection, colour flows through the fabric, transforms with the light and continuously reveals new nuances. From subtle sheen effects to bold colour gradients and transparent layers, each fabric responds to its surroundings in a unique way.

The theme Chromatic Motion celebrates this sense of movement. The collection explores depth, reflection and transformation, giving the fabrics a vibrant character while preserving their calming elegance. These are designs that bring sophistication to an interior, yet continue to surprise with every change in light.

Light is the defining thread running throughout the collection, not merely as a functional element, but as an essential part of the design itself.

Through transparency, sheen, texture and optical effects, a continuous dialogue emerges between fabric and daylight. As a result, a space takes on a different character throughout the day. Soft morning light reveals subtle details, while evening light deepens colours and enhances texture, adding richness and depth.

With Shifting Light, Kendix demonstrates how textiles can contribute to an atmosphere that is constantly evolving, without ever compromising on calmness or elegance.

  • Radiance

    Refined sheen with a contemporary look: Radiance is a densely woven curtain fabric with a subtle sheen and an unexpectedly soft touch. Despite its lightweight nature, the fabric offers sufficient opacity, making it both elegant and functional. Its almost paper-like character creates a modern, distinctive appearance, while the chalky, powder-soft colour palette brings a sense of calm and sophistication to any interior. For the most elegant presentation, Radiance is best suited to a wave heading.

  • Opal

    A transparent fabric with a captivating glow: The beloved Mizu served as the inspiration for Opal. Thanks to a special weaving technique, this transparent curtain fabric appears to glow from within. Its iridescent effect creates constantly shifting colour tones, depending on the angle of light and the viewer's perspective. Some colourways even feature different front and back sides, enhancing the interplay of colour, light and transparency.

  • Spirit

    Rhythm, transparency and movement: Spirit combines a woven stripe design with a subtle interplay of open and closed structures. Through its gradual colour transitions and variations in transparency, the fabric appears to be in constant motion. Natural daylight enhances this effect, creating a soft sense of layering that brings elegance and depth to any space.

  • Essence

    Airy, light and unique: Essence is an ultra-transparent voile fabric that allows colour to drift subtly through the interior. Delicate colour gradients give the fabric an almost ethereal appearance, creating a sense of lightness and movement. As the design is cut without a repeat, every application results in a unique composition. This makes Essence an exceptional choice for those seeking exclusive and artistic window decoration.

  • Solana

    A poetic print inspired by movement: Solana captures the beauty of flowers in motion. The design evokes the impression of blooms viewed through ribbed glass, creating a dreamlike and subtly distorted image. A combination of digital playfulness, transparency and a delicate striped yarn structure adds depth and dimension to the fabric. Thanks to its continuous, non-repeating design, Solana achieves an organic and natural appearance.
